Separation of Mixed Refrigerants: We separate a wide variety of refrigerants; specializing in R-22.  With the ability to process over 2.8 million lbs annually, Pure Chem has the highest capacity for refrigerant separation in the industry.  Ultra high purity pharmaceutical products over 99.9% are produced.

Reclamation: High volume equipment processes refrigerant to meet or exceed the ARI-700 standard for purity.

Laboratory:The fully equipped laboratory operates six GC’s (Gas Chromatograph’s) to analyze purity.  Other tests are performed to analyze for moisture, acidity, air, oil, and particulates.

Packaging: Refrigerant can be packaged in any size container from 30 lb disposable cylinders to ton tanks.

Cylinder Fleet: Pure Chem has a large cylinder fleet of half tons and 240 lb capacity cylinders available with a deposit for our R-22 consolidation program.  Other sizes also available.

Tank Trailer Fleet: Pure Chem owns and leases a fleet of tank trailers for bulk transportation for used refrigerant and finished product.

On-site Refrigerant Recovery: Pure Chem provides on-site recovery services using EPA certified technicians.  Fast recovery equipment gets our crew on and off the job quickly.  This service is cost effective and assures regulatory compliance.  We provide the cylinders for any size project and recover both high and low pressure refrigerants.  Call us for a quote.

Cylinder Recertification:  Pure Chem is a DOT certified retest facility.  We can hydro-test and re-certify any size refrigerant cylinder to keep your cylinders safe and in DOT compliance. Call for prices.

Cylinder Maintenance & Refurbishing:  Keep your cylinders functioning properly and looking like new.  Paint, valves, and pressure relief devices can all be serviced. Call for prices.

Rail Siding for Bulk:  Pure Chem can accommodate customers with bulk quantities of refrigerant that prefer to use rail-cars.  We have space available at a nearby secure rail siding that is manned and monitored 24 hours a day.  Refrigerant is transferred into tank trailers or ISO’s and shuttled to our plant for processing.
